Eagle Eye Solutions provides IT-related services including but not limited to software development, website and app development, IT consulting, digital marketing, system integration, support, and hosting. All services are delivered based on an agreement or proposal shared and accepted by the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate project requirements, content, and relevant materials
• Ensure timely feedback and approvals to avoid delays
• Pay for services as per the agreed payment terms
• Not misuse our platforms or attempt to reverse-engineer any custom solutions

4. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may change based on project scope, revisions, or delays caused by the client. We will communicate any adjustments where necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created during the project (including code, designs, systems, and documents) remains the property of Eagle Eye Solutions until full payment is received. After payment, ownership may be transferred to the client where agreed.

6. Use of Third-Party Tools

We may integrate third-party tools, APIs, or software into your solution. Eagle Eye Solutions is not responsible for any failures, pricing changes, or policy shifts from those third-party providers.

7. Data Privacy and Security

All data shared with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement standard security protocols but cannot guarantee complete security of digital systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagle Eye Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or financial loss resulting from service failures, technical issues, or third-party disruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these terms or fails to meet contractual obligations. All outstanding invoices become due upon termination.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the site or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Mpumalanga, South Africa.
